Europeinterconnected Stagiaires Alumni Association (EISAA)

The Europeinterconnected Stagiaires Alumni Association (EISAA) allows former and present stagiaires of the European Union to continue to enjoy the multinational and multicultural experience that is so important to the members of the alumni association. Founded in 2008, EISAA is a truly dynamic network whose members preserve and promote contact with each other from around Europe and who provide valuable professional information to its members.

EISAA Mentoring Programme

The thinking behind the Mentoring Programme was to promote EISAA by creating a bridge between EU stagiaires and the EU officials. The EISAA through its Mentoring Programme will provide guidance and advice to future alumni on their professional career planning.

Role of the Mentor
- Provide future alumni with valuable advice on how to prepare and research for professional jobs
- Increase awareness of opportunities related to the EU
- Provide insight into the EU industry and real-world experience
- Make time to meet with his or her mentee periodically, in person, via e-mail or phone

Benefits
- Gain insight into the EU working world from someone who shared a similar stagiaire experience
- Receive valuable advice on how to prepare professional job searches, resumes and interviews
